Helping kids grow great vegies
30.05.2011
Neutrog is about to deliver a new fruit and vegetable fertiliser ‘Rocket Fuel’ to primary schools around Australia as part of our partnership with the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation.
We'll be supplying Rocket Fuel free of charge to primary schools participating in the Foundation’s Kitchen Garden Program, with part proceeds of Rocket Fuel sales supporting the Program nationally.
We're excited to be involved in the Program knowing that our Rocket Fuel fertiliser will help primary school children around Australia grow fantastic fruit and vegetables in their Kitchen Gardens.
Established in 2004, the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation exists to pleasurably engage and educate young children in growing, harvesting, preparing and sharing delicious and healthy food.
The Foundation believes early intervention is essential if children are to build the values, skills and understandings to develop life-long joyful and healthy eating habits.
Rocket Fuel was inspired by Neutrog's ongoing involvement with numerous primary schools and their vegetable gardens throughout Australia over many years. The sheer joy these gardens give to so many kids has us hooked!
Stay tuned for updates.
